The unit is on the 25th floor of the 32-level building, and at 2,300-square feet has one of its largest floor plans, according to the listing. The corner unit has northwest views and a large outdoor terrace that overlooks Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean.

The buyer will also have access to a laundry list of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, spa and swimming pool that overlooks the Sunset Strip.

Ms. Collins, 84, a British actress who landed a number of Hollywood roles in the 1950s, starred in a series of racy films based on the books of her sister, Jackie Collins, in the ’70s and then rose to greater fame in the hit American TV show "Dynasty."

The actress and author briefly tried to sell the Los Angeles condo in 2015, around the time that she put up dozens of her personal things for auction in Los Angeles, banking more than $350,000. The sale included a 1973 Roadster, which went for a little more than $10,000; love letters from actor Warren Beatty, which sold for $1,920; and nearly three dozen items from her time on the "Dynasty" set.

She bought the condo in 2007 for $2.7 million, property records show.

A publicist for Ms. Collins did not immediately return a request for comment.

The Los Angeles Times first reported the re-listing.
