Jennifer Lopez Relists Hidden Hills Home, Still Asking for $12.5 Million

A Hidden Hills, California, home reportedly belonging to actress and singer Jennifer Lopez is back on the market for $12.5 million Wednesday, less than two weeks after signing a contract for its sale, according to data from Multiple Listing Service.

The 3-plus-acre property with panoramic city and mountain views went into a contingent contract for an undisclosed amount Dec. 17, according to listing sites Zillow and Redfin. Ms. Lopez first listed the property for $17 million in early 2015, one year after her divorce from singer Marc Anthony. She later lowered the asking price to $14.5 million and then to $12.5 million in February 2016, according to the listing sites.

The home was last sold in January 2010 for $8.2 million to Bridger Jim Trust, named for the street the property is located on. The Los Angeles Times first reported that this home, belonging to Ms. Lopez, had entered into a contract with contingencies recently.

Located in the prime Ashley Ridge section of Hidden Hills, the traditional-style main residence features large living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a family room that opens to an outdoor veranda overlooking the pool and spa, according to the listing for the property.

It boasts nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms with a total of more than 17,000 square feet. Fit for the singer-dancer-actress who has had hits such as "Let’s Get Loud" and "Love Don’t Cost A Thing," there is an entertainment wing complete with a gym/dance studio, a recording studio, a movie theater, game areas, a professional wet bar and a dressing room, according to the listing.

Other amenities include an eight-car garage with additional parking in the motor court, children's play areas and direct access to hiking and equestrian trails.

Listing agents Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland Real Estate; and Marc Shevin and Rory Shevin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties declined to comment.

Representatives for Jennifer Lopez didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
