Jennifer Lopez listed her penthouse in Manhattan’s Nomad neighborhood Friday for $26.95 million.
The New York native paid $20.1 million for the duplex in 2014 using an LLC, city records show. A source close to the deal confirmed Ms. Lopez’s ownership, as first reported by The New York Times.

The four-bedroom penthouse—on East 26th Street, close to Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building—spans 6,540-square-feet and has six full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, a private elevator landing, a skylight, a media room, wide-plank oak floors, a staff room and four terraces totaling 3,000-square-feet of outdoor space.
It’s the “crown jewel,” of the building, according to the listing with Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group, who did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Her neighbors at the four-unit building are reportedly Chelsea Clinton, Nascar driver Jeff Gordon and hedge fund manager John Silvetz, all of whom paid $10 million or less for their apartments, according to public records.
Earlier this year, Ms. Lopez, 48, whose representative did not respond to requests for comment, sold her Los Angeles mansion for $10 million, after dropping the price several times from its original $17 million ask.
