The Trump Park Avenue apartment belonging to Ivanka Trump has just had its second rental price cut this year. A total of 30% has now been chopped from its original monthly rental price.

The ask for the two-bedroom home in the Manhattan building—owned by the Trump Organization—dropped to $10,450 on Tuesday, its StreetEasy listing shows. Ms. Trump began her search for a tenant last October, when the unit was listed for $15,000 per month. In February the ask dropped to $13,000 a month. The home has been on and off the market since.

The 1,549-square-foot apartment has two bathrooms, three exposures, city views, a chef’s kitchen and beamed ceilings, according to the listing with broker Nitza Zinbarg of Trump International Realty New York. Ms. Zinbarg did not respond to a request for comment.

Ms. Trump, 35, bought the apartment for $1.5 million in 2004, New York City records show, and transferred it to an LLC in 2015.

Until last week, the condo was also listed for sale, with a purchase price of $4.1 million. It was first listed last December and came with monthly charges totaling a little over $3,000.

Ms. Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, both White House advisers, are paying $15,000 a month to rent their new home in Washington’s Kalorama neighborhood, according to reports.

A representative for Ms. Trump did not immediately return a request for comment.

Bloomberg first reported the price cut.
