Inspired by—and named after—influential 16th-century Italian architect Andrea Palladio, the 5,886-square-foot estate sits on almost 1.3 acres and has three bedrooms, a large stone fountain, multiple balconies, a roof garden, a private beach, a six-car garage, a boat dock and an infinity pool.

While the sale is particularly targeting Chinese real estate investors, according to a news release from Concierge Auctions, prospective buyers may bid from anywhere in the world.

The seller of the property is George Scantland, city records show, who is also the home’s architect and interior designer.

Mr. Scantland, in the news release, said he designed Villa Palladio to take full advantage of a property’s setting, allowing all main rooms to have ocean and bay views.
