Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are once again trying to uncouple from their Tribeca penthouse.

The Coldplay frontman and "The Talented Mr. Ripley" actress, who have two children and divorced in 2014, just relisted their downtown Manhattan spread for $9.995 million, according to listing records.

This is quite the discount from the $14.25 million it was listed for last March. That price was later reduced to $12.85 million, only for it to be withdrawn from the market in November, the records show.

And it’s not only pricing that they’ve had a change of heart on. The former couple have also switched brokers from Carter Wilcox at Corcoran to Jay Glazer at Compass.

The "Shakespeare in Love" actress, who also had dated Brad Pitt, has certainly tried hard to find a buyer. In June, she showcased the apartment on her website, but that was still not enough to encourage any potential buyers to open their wallets.

So what does almost $10 million get you in trendy Tribeca? In Ms. Paltrow’s case, that’s 3,892 square feet of living space including three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.

According to the listing, it was designed by Roman and Williams and features 11 foot ceilings, painted white floors, french doors, an impressive 500-square-foot decked terrace and even a quirky sofa swing.

The apartment is in the posh River Lofts two-building development, which was designed by architect Tony Ingrao and has amenities including a doorman, a gym and direct elevator access to the garage.

Property records show that the Ms. Paltrow and Mr. Martin paid $5.146 million for the penthouse in 2007 through the ORCHARD HOUSE, LLC.
