Another penthouse at 432 Park Avenue, the tallest residential tower in the world, came on the market last week, with a whopping price of $82 million, according to the listing.

The full-floor, 8,255-square-foot residence on the 95th floor includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, boasting panoramic views of Central Park and the New York skyline.

The interiors feature solid oak flooring, soaring ceilings and expansive windows. A private elevator landing opens to an elegant entry gallery, which leads to a living room and a separate library with a wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom suite features a sitting room, dressing rooms and two windowed baths with marble floors and walls.

The 1,396-foot skyscraper, designed by Rafael Viñoly and developed by Macklowe Properties and the CIM Group, has had a few blockbuster sales since the closings began last fall. Some residents have already started moving in.

In late September, a mysterious buyer closed on two units 82A and 82B for a total of $62 million.

Earlier in September, Saudi retail magnate Fawaz Al Hokair closed a full-floor penthouse on the 96th floor for $87.7 million, so far the most expensive closing in the concrete-and-glass condominium, located between 56th and 57th Streets in Midtown’s "Billionaires’ Row."

Douglas Elliman has the listing, but the agents were not immediately available for comments.
