A Park Avenue condo in Manhattan that was once home to the late theater tycoon James Nederlander hit the market Saturday for $15.9 million, according to listing records.

Nederlander, who died in 2016 at age 94, was chairman of the Nederlander Organization, a theater company that owns several venues in Manhattan’s Theater District, across the United States and in London’s West End, including the Richard Rodgers, the Minskoff, the Gershwin and the Nederlander theaters.

Nederlander purchased the full-floor unit in 2000, property records show, though it’s not clear how much he, and his wife, Charlene, paid.

They sold it to its current owner, Maragia USA, INC., in 2006 for $9.7 million, property records show.

Spanning 3,257 square feet, the apartment has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a formal dining room, herringbone floors, oversized windows, views of Central Park and 18 closets, according to the listing with Corcoran broker Brian Philpott, who did not immediately respond to request for comment.
