A Los Angeles-area estate with ties to a medley of old Hollywood stars, including Audrey Hepburn and Eva Gabor, is back on the market for nearly $14 million.

Gabor, a Hungarian-American actress and the sister of recently deceased actress and socialite Zsa Zsa Gabor, was one of the home’s longest residents. The film star, known for her lead role in the sitcom "Green Acres" and for voicing characters in hit Disney animated films, lived at the home on Delfern Drive in Holmby Hills for two decades, according to property records.

She lived there until her death in 1995 at the age of 76. The home, by that time in need of some serious updates, sold a year later to today's owners for $2.1 million, property records show.

Her sister Zsa Zsa’s home in nearby Bel Air just recently closed to developer buyers following her death in December at age 99.

This 7,000-square-foot, white brick house designed by architect-to-the-stars Paul Williams in 1938 has retained much of its Hollywood glamour, opening into a mirror-lined foyer with a huge chandelier and a sweeping staircase to the second floor. The home was briefly listed in late 2015 for nearly $17 million. The price was reduced to $13 million a few months later before coming off the market, listing records show.

Williams, a pioneering black architect active in the mid-20th century, also designed homes for Frank Sinatra, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and Barbara Stanwyck, among other Hollywood elite.

Among the first residents of the home on Delfern Drive was actress Anita Louise and her first husband, producer Buddy Adler. When Adler died in 1960 and Louise remarried, she leased the house out to Hepburn and her first husband, filmmaker Mel Ferrer, according to information gathered by listing agent Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker.

It was later leased out to Sinatra and Mia Farrow before selling to Gabor in the 1970s.

The Holmby Hills estate isn’t the only sale that may be of interest to fans of the "Breakfast at Tiffany’s" star. Christie’s recently announced an auction of Hepburn’s personal items would take place in London in September. The sale will include a collection of her ballet flats, designer clothes and film memorabilia.

Images of the interiors show that not much has changed since the property was last on the market last year, besides the removal of some memorable furnishings that used to include tiger skin wall tapestries and a menagerie of animal heads.

The traditional-style home sits on a 1.1-acre lot and has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The grounds encompass a tennis court, landscaped gardens, a separate guest house, a separate staff apartment or office and a large pool, according to the listing.

Inside, the home has formal dining and living spaces with fireplaces, four bedrooms upstairs and two staff bedrooms downstairs.
