Former ABC Entertainment president Stephen McPherson has put his Pacific Palisades home on the market for $11.995 million, as the TV producer and winery owner looks to spend more time in Napa Valley, Mansion Global has learned.

Mr. McPherson, who oversaw the development of network hits like "Lost," "Grey’s Anatomy" and "Modern Family" during a six-year reign between 2004 to 2010, is selling the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom traditional-style mansion he had built outside of Los Angeles.

The 9,000-square-foot home in a neighborhood called Huntington Palisades, known for attracting privacy-seeking celebrities, was constructed in 2009 and designed by architect Steve Giannetti, according to the listing with Berkshire Hathaway. The architect also designed a Malibu estate Lady Gaga reportedly picked up in 2014.

Listing agent David Offer did not return a request for comment.

The white shingle-style house on La Cumbre Drive has a home theater, pool and spa with a waterside fireplace, a library and a vast wine cellar and tasting room. A dramatic wall of French doors in the living room fill the space with sunlight and open out onto the backyard, which has a full bar and barbecue, according to the listing.

Mr. McPherson bought the underlying property in 2001 for $1.85 million and finished the current mansion eight years later, according to property records.

The TV exec, who now heads independent production studio Wonder Monkey TV and runs a boutique wine producer with his family, is downsizing in Los Angeles to focus on his vino business, Promise Wine, in Napa Valley, Mr. McPherson said in an email.
