An eyewear entrepreneur is looking for $45 million for his seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom Beverly Hills mansion. And its 80-foot computerized waterfall and light show is something to see.

The home of Doug Barnes, the founder and owner of Eyewear Express, hit the market again this week, according to public records. Behind the Beverly Hills Hotel on Oxford Way, the abode has more than 20,000 square feet of living space.

The property was last listed in 2015, with an original asking price of $55 million, records show. Mr. Barnes, whose company is based in Dallas, bought the property in 2011 for $8.3 million. Coldwell Banker’s Ginger Glass has the listing. Neither Ms. Glass nor Mr. Barnes were immediately available for comment.

You can watch the light show while sitting on the edge of the 70-foot saltwater infinity pool. The outdoor area also has landscaped gardens, a fire pit and large cabana, as well as covered loggias, according to the listing.

Inside, the foyer features 25-foot ceilings and a modern design, the listing said. There are four bedroom suites, including a 3,200-square-foot master wing with an outdoor living space, three fireplaces and his-and-hers bathrooms, one of which has a balcony with city views. Three large suites on the lower level are also available for guests or staff.

Plus, the home boasts a movie theater with a conference room, a garage and parking for up to 20 cars.
