Actress and producer Eva Longoria is selling her home in Hollywood Hills West for $14 million only two years after buying the hilltop estate from Tom Cruise.

Ms. Longoria, 42, bought the gated, multi-building compound through her business manager for $11.4 million in 2015, property records show. It wasn’t long after that when she gushed over her new home and the plans she had for it in an interview with US Magazine.

"I know Tom," shesaid in avideo interview. "He did a very, very good job on this house because it was stunning and beautiful, and the minute we walked in I was like ‘This, this is a home.’"

She planned to renovate and redecorate theproperty with then-fianceJosé "Pepe"Bastón. The couple even commissioned architect Mark Rios of Rios Clementi Hale Studios to design a renovation and addition to the property, according to the listing with Loren Judd of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Mr. Judd did not immediately return request for comment.

But it appears the "Desperate Housewives" actress and her new husband have decided to settle down elsewhere.

Ms. Longoria reportedly bought a freshly remodeled home earlier this month in Beverly Crest for $13.5 million. Her new digs are more sleek than the one she bought from the "Mission: Impossible" star and has now listed.
