Actress Eva Longoria is selling her longtime home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Hollywood Hills for $3.795 million.
The former star of "Desperate Housewives" listed the three-story Mediterranean-style home on Thursday. Ms. Longoria, 43, who is expecting her first child in a few months, has owned the hillside home for 12 years.

She bought it in 2006 for $3.6 million, according to property records.
The more than 8,500-square-foot house has six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, according to the listing with Loren Judd of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Mr. Judd did not immediately return request for comment.
An open floor plan spans the middle level of the home, including a light-filled living and dining room, which flow into a kitchen grounded by an oversized kitchen island, photos of the home show.

The ground level has a full wet bar, a family room with fish tanks built into the walls and a home theater that Ms. Longoria has lined in posters from her biggest TV and movie roles, including "Housewives" and series "Telenovela," which she produced.
Ms. Longoria’s backyards open onto a covered outdoor kitchen and private patio area with a pool.
Apparently, Ms. Longoria is wiping her real estate slate clean before baby arrives. This is the third home the actress-producer has unloaded in the past year and a half.
She sold a quirky pink hacienda in Hollywood Hills for $1.37 million last year. And in November, she listed a $14 million compound—also in Hollywood Hills—that she bought from Tom Cruise in 2015, Mansion Global previously reported.
A rep for the actress did not immediately return request for comment.
