Two executives listed their duplex apartment in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village Friday with an asking price of $9 million.
James Gager, senior vice president, creative director and brand development for Estée Lauder Cos. and his husband Richard Ferretti, who was recently named global creative director at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics—owned by Estée Lauder Cos.—bought the four-bedroom co-op for $7 million in 2015, property records show.
The apartment has a living room and dining room with double-height ceilings, hardwood floors, wood-burning fireplaces, south-facing double-height windows, a study and an upper level master bedroom, according to the listing with Debbie Korb of Sotheby’s International Realty, who did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The 10-story building is on East 9th Street, close to Washington Square Park, and was built in 1924. It has 24-hour doorman service, a resident manager and a resident’s roof deck, the listing said.
Mr. Gager and Mr. Ferretti, who could not be reached for comment, previously owned a two-bedroom condo a couple of blocks away on 10th Street that they sold in 2015 for $5.45 million, property records show.
The pair also own a six-acre property in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, that was featured in the 2014 book “The Inspired Home: Nests of Creatives,” according to reports.
