The real estate empire owned by TV host and serial home flipper Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, "Arrested Development" actress Portia de Rossi, is about to get a little smaller.

The last remaining condo unit owned by Ms. DeGeneres, 59, at the Beverly West building in Los Angeles is pending sale as of December 19, according to listing records. The two-bedroom spread was most recently asking $6.95 million, after receiving a $1 million price cut in June. It first hit the market in February asking almost $8 million, listing records show.

Mansion Global could not independently verify how much the buyer is paying for the home. TMZ, who first reported the sale, put the final price tag at $5.85 million.

The 4,158-square-foot home has unobstructed views over Los Angeles and the golf course at the neighboring Los Angeles Country Club. It was recently redone, according to the listing with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, who did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Ms. DeGeneres purchased two neighboring units at the building in July 2014 for $13.2 million, through a private trust and her business manager, records show.

One of the apartments sold earlier this year for $6 million, according to records, so it’s likely that the TV star is primed to take a loss on the properties.

In September, Ms. DeGeneres became the new owner of a six-acre Montecito estate which she bought for a pinch under $7.2 million, according to property records. The compound is home to two mission-style homes, one built in 2006 and one built around 1850. Between them, the two buildings have four bedrooms, beamed ceilings, red tile floors, wood-burning fireplaces and two kitchens

Then, in October, she plunked down $18.6 million for a beachfront property in Carpinteria, California—the highest on-market sale this year in Santa Barbara County.

Meanwhile, her Tuscan-style villa in Montecito is on the market with an asking price of $39.5 million, less than the $45 million it was asking when it first hit the market in March.

A representative for Ms. DeGeneres did not immediately respond to request for comment.
