What sets this villa apart from others in the region is the "quality of the build, the size of the plot and the size of the property," Mr. Vent said, adding, "This is the newest frontline beach property in the area."

Certain areas of the house are not yet finished as they are "pending installment by the new owner," Mr. Vent said. These include a cinema room and wine cellar. The kitchen is also incomplete in order for the new owner to decide which appliances to have installed.
