It also offers views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The first floor includes the kitchen and main living area. There’s also a guest suite with a private terrace. The upper floor houses the main bedroom suite, along with four additional en-suite bedrooms. All have access to the terrace.
Outdoors, there are tropical gardens, another pool which overlooks the sea, a fountain in the entryway and an automatic irrigation system. There’s also a garage with spaces for up to eight cars.
The home has never been lived in The current owner commissioned it and then decided to sell before moving in. It was built in 2016 by Ernest Palanco Arquitectura, which specializes in designing villas. “Palanco is well known on the Costa del Sol,” said marketing agent Christopher Vent, of Winkworth Spain.
What sets this villa apart from others in the region is the “quality of the build, the size of the plot and the size of the property,” Mr. Vent said, adding, “This is the newest frontline beach property in the area.”
The property has eight bedrooms and eight baths within more than 32,000 square feet of interior space. That includes two bedrooms and one bath in a separate guest house, which also can be used for staff quarters. The buildings sit on approximately 1.25 acres.
Certain areas of the house are not yet finished as they are “pending installment by the new owner,” Mr. Vent said. These include a cinema room and wine cellar. The kitchen is also incomplete in order for the new owner to decide which appliances to have installed.
In addition to these and the amenities mentioned above, there is centralized air conditioning, a solar heating system and the ability to install a smart-home system.
