It might have taken her a while, but Demi Moore seems to have accepted the fact that skyrocketing home prices no longer fly in Manhattan’s softening luxury market.

The Hollywood actress has slashed the price of her three-level, 17-room penthouse on Central Park West by $16 million, or 21%, to $59 million, after failing to find a suitable buyer for more than a year, according to the listing on StreetEasy.

The property, listed by Adam Modlin of Modlin Group, is located at the San Remo, an iconic pre-war building with 134 units in total. Moore’s apartment has six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms.

The south tower penthouse was “capped with circular Roman-style temples ringed by Corinthian columns,” as described by the listing, and offers expansive city views, including that of Central Park, the George Washington Bridge, and the Hudson River.

The apartment’s first level, located on the 26th floor of the building, includes the living room, dining room, library, breakfast room and kitchen, while the second level is home to the bedrooms and staff room. A third level consists of an entertainment room, kitchen, guest loft, full bathroom, and study.

The penthouse carries monthly maintenance fees of $17,912, and potential buyers may finance up to 50% of the sale.
