Mr. C Residences, a collection of five luxury residences in Los Angeles as part of the Cipriani brand, has officially launched sales.

Located adjacent to flagship hotel Mr. C Beverly Hills, owners of the condominiums will have exclusive access to a host of hotel amenities and services, including concierge, spa, pool, fitness center, conference rooms, valet parking, housekeeping, the only Cipriani-operated restaurant on the West Coast, as well as a complimentary chauffeured luxury vehicle.

Sized between 1,990 square feet and 3,358 square feet, the five residences start at $5 million. The most expensive is asking $8 million, according to Bob Ghassemieh, developer of the residential project and the hotel.

"After opening Mr. C Beverly Hills in 2011, we started to see an influx of long-term stays, especially amongst high-net-worth individuals from the East Coast and around the globe,"  Mr. Ghassemieh said.

To meet those demands, the developer assembled a team of experts, including fourth-generation Cipriani brothers, Maggio and Ignazio, to build the boutique residential development.

"We wanted to continue our family’s legacy by launching our first West Coast residences and giving our homeowners accommodations that reflect their tastes," said Ignazio Cipriani in a statement.

The Cipriani family already has a residential development in New York, Cipriani Club Residences at 55 Wall St., in partnership with Witkoff Group. The company also operates luxury hospitality venues worldwide, including Harry’s Bar in Venice and the namesake restaurants in New York.

Ray Kappe, a noted architect and founder of Southern California Institute of Architecture, designed the exterior of the Los Angeles residences, which reflects the California and Mediterranean style. The geometric, white-steel structure features sleek and clean lines and plenty of glass.

Italian interior designer Marcello Pozzi, who also designed the interiors of the hotel, furnished the residences with a collection of modern Italian, and iconic mid-century American and Scandinavian accent pieces.

In addition to hotel amenities, the multiple-story residences feature a private elevator, glass-enclosed staircase, multiple terraces, an outdoor hot tub and a private subterranean garage.

Owners have the option to rent their residences back to the hotel, according to Mr. Ghassemieh.

Construction of Mr. C Residences, located steps away from Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills, is complete, and sales launched at the end of June.
