It’s the time of year for discounts and promotions, and this modern villa in a suburb of Brisbane, Australia, has one heck of a two-for.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the posh neighborhood of Chelmer comes with a 1993 Porsche Carrera 911, worth $100,000, said Brad Robson, a listing agent for Place.

"It was a choice between dealing with a car salesman or a real estate agent," Mr. Robson said—and the real estate agent won.

The house, which also has a pool and a separate guest studio, will be auctioned on Dec. 3. While there’s no minimum listed for the auction, neighboring homes on the luxury-villa-lined block are generally valued at A$1 million (US$738,000) and up, and this home, which is being offered with no reserve price, is expected to sell for just under that, Mr. Robson said.

"It’s one of those properties that just feels like home. It’s not ostentatious, it’s just nice," said Mr. Robson, whose listing the home with fellow agent Peter May.

The owners installed a car hoist to lift the Porsche off the ground, making the otherwise two-car garage fit for three.

The owners have thrown the car into the deal with one condition, said Jean Paul Shelburn, one of the sellers and the son-in-law of the home’s current residents.

"Don’t drive 100 miles an hour down the road because I live just down that way," Mr. Shelburn joked to local news reporters.

A gentle hand is also in order because the car has some sentimental value. Mr. Shelburn’s father-in-law bought the luxury wheels when his first grandchild, a girl, was born, said the listing agent.

"It was a grandpa gift to himself," Mr. Robson said.

He’s now looking to downsize his home and his car, a low-riding stick shift that has become harder for him to operate these days, Mr. Robson said.

Besides the car, the home is located on a prime street about eight kilometers from Brisbane Central District. Mr. Robson described it as a family neighborhood chock full of grand, turn-of-the-century homes.
