A Roman-style mansion in suburban Brisbane, Australia, hit the market for the first time on Wednesday and is accepting expressions of interest.

The property was built for the current owner, according to listing agent Zac Muller, of Ray White Albion.

Mr. Muller did not give Mansion Global a guide price for home, which was reportedly built in the 1990s. The identity of the seller could not be determined.

The six-bedroom house in the Bridgeman Downs neighborhood—northwest of Brisbane’s central business district—spans four stories.

"Imported Portuguese marble and granite adorn the interior of this home, warmed by Vietnamese red cedar features," the listing reads.

Along with the semi-precious stone used in the property, it has five bathrooms, a Brazilian mahogany kitchen, a library, a built-in bar, parking for 12 cars and an almost 1,200-square-foot wine cellar.

The mansion also has two balconies, a rooftop terrace, manicured gardens and lawns and a pool and spa, according to the listing.

With no advertised price, an expressions of interest campaign means interested buyers can inspect the property, make their own determination of value and make an offer. All offers are then presented to the seller to choose from.

The median price for a property in Bridgeman Downs is A$725,000 (US$555,458), according to the Raw White Albion website.
