Bob Weinstein has just put his $19 million Manhattan townhouse on the market—and it comes with an indoor basketball court.

Property records show that the movie mogul who, along with his brother Harvey Weinsten, founded Miramax Films and later the Weinstein Company, paid diamond dealer Richard Grosbard $15 million for the brownstone, located on West 70th Street in 2009.

However, according to the listing, the owner never moved into the Upper West Side property after gut renovating the five-story, 20-foot wide townhouse, which was built in 1910.

The property itself has 6,608 square feet of living space and centers around a five-story oak staircase that was restored and still retains it intricately woven and carved wood spandrel. If you don’t feel like taking the stairs, elevator access spans  from the garden level up to the third floor.

Much of the house is decorated with reclaimed brass hardware and wood paneling to maintain a historic feeling, while all windows, doors and skylight are new.

As for the sleeping quarters, there is a master suite on the third floor with a marble bath and a large walk-in closet, while the other four bedrooms located on the fourth and fifth floors all come with en-suite bathrooms. The front bedroom on the fifth floor, however, is currently moonlighting as a gym with a half basketball court.
