A seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion in the Los Angeles gated community of Beverly Park has been listed for $42 million.
The Contemporary Mediterranean-style house went through a total renovation that was completed last year, according to the property’s listing agent, Christopher Dyson, director of the Estates Division at The Agency.
Although it was built in 1988, the house has modern features, including smart home technology with fingertip recognition, a 60-foot lap pool with underwater speakers and an open-plan kitchen.

The home, which hit the market on April 2, is owned by Danny Lubert and Charlotte Lubert. Mr. Lubert is the founder of and senior partner at The First Group, a real estate developer based in Dubai.
The exact square footage of the home post-renovation is not known, but Mr. Dyson estimates it to be approximately 12,000 square feet.
Two of the bedrooms feature upstairs dens, and the master suite includes dual bathrooms and closets. The house also features a home theater, a gym, an office and a billiards room, according to the listing.

In addition to the pool, the two-and-a-half-acre property also has an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a tennis court, a four-car garage and a large, grassy yard. Facing Southwest, the property has views of the canyons, Mr. Dyson said.
Beverly Park is known for its privacy and exclusivity, Mr. Dyson said. The affluent neighborhood has been home to a number of celebrities, including Mark Wahlberg and Vanna White.
