Another mansion within the prestigious 90210 zip code has entered the market, this one asking $39.995 million.

Situated in one of the deepest lots (350-feet deep and 60-feet wide) in Beverly Hills, California, the 21,000-square-foot residence, dubbed Maison 613, offers eight bedrooms, 13 full and four half-bathrooms, two family rooms and a paneled library, according to the listing.

The master suite comes with an outdoor spa plus dual bathrooms and closets. Amenities include a home theater with star roof, indoor basketball court, two-lane bowling alley, gym, beauty salon, resort-sized swimming pool and spa.

Throughout the property, the lighting, sounds, security, air and water systems are all strategically placed to maximize the elegance and comfort.

The designer of the house, Roy Sklarin, is known for designing luxury yachts, estates, penthouses and fine dining venues. He reportedly created one of the first discos, Backstage, with an acrylic dance floor. In the 1970s, he reimagined yachts as contemporary homes, breaking through ceilings to design two-story high yachts.

Mr. Sklarin designed this house for business mogul Norbert Gehr, founder of the Gehr Group, who passed away in 2015 before the mansion was completed. The current owner is listed in public records as 613 North Canon Drive LLC.

"Maison 613 offers that instant, move-in ready luxury lifestyle which would otherwise take three or more years to complete, design, furnish and accessorize," said Ron de Salvo of Coldwell Banker Previews International, which is co-listing the property with Hilton & Hyland.

"The market has seen a strong trend over the past five years toward a turn-key, glamorous and immediate lifestyle, in which buyers have been willing to pay enormous sums of money for instant gratification," he added.
