Eric Adjmi, president of Adjmi Apparel Group, has put the Manhattan townhouse he bought last year back on the market.The six-floor townhouse on East 63rd Street between Lexington and Park avenues was listed for $14.75 million Thursday.
Whitney Didier and Stephanie Subervi of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
Mr. Adjmi, whose portfolio includes well-known international brands such as Disney, Esprit, and Champion, according to the company’s web site, bought the townhouse in April 2016 for $11.75 million from previous owner Andrew Heiberger, chief executive of brokerage Town Residential, public records show.
The 20-foot-wide, 7,000-square-foot townhouse, which has been newly renovated, has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and three half bathrooms, a grand room with soaring ceilings and a fireplace, and a living room connected to a library and guest/staff quarters, according to the listing.
The 1,050-square-foot outdoor space, with views of the Manhattan skyline, include a private roof terrace, a terrace outside the master suite occupying the entire third floor, and a patio with pristine landscaping on the garden floor.
Listing agents at Douglas Elliman, as well as Mr. Adjmi, didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
