Following two big-ticket deals this week at 432 Park Avenue, another sky-high apartment, unit 81B, came onto the market Thursday, asking $44.75 million and making it the second most expensive listing currently in the world’s tallest residential building.
Earlier this week, unit 80B at 432 Park Avenue entered into contract for $44.25 million and unit 83 closed for $65.16 million.
There are 19 apartments on the market in the building, three of which are already in contract, according to StreetEasy. The priciest one, a full-floor, 8,255-square-foot residence on the 95th floor, is listed for $82 million.

The new offering, 81B, is a developer unit and has 5,421 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, five bathrooms and two powder rooms, according to the listing. Like all the high-floor residences in the building, it boasts views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline through expansive 10-foot-by-10-foot windows.
The windowed eat-in kitchen is equipped with white lacquer and natural oak cabinetry, Miele stainless steel appliances, a center island, as well as a marble floor and countertops.
The master bedroom suite, overlooking the Hudson River, has two dressing rooms. The marble-walled bathrooms feature cubic marble vanities with carved 22-inch oval sinks, wood cabinetry, freestanding soaking tub and a separate shower. The additional three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.
Richard J. Steinberg, Sabrina Saltiel, J. Roger Erickson and Shari Scharfer Rollins at Douglas Elliman have the listing. They didn’t respond immediately to requests for comment.
