Amy Schumer is on top of the world right now. The comedian secured herself a spot on the A list after 2015's "Trainwreck," negotiated a seven-figure book deal, and scored not one, not two but four Emmy Award nominations this year. So, it should come as no surprise that the 35-year-old is making some big upgrades in her life, particularly in the form of Manhattan real estate.

According to The New York Post, the funny lady recently checked out a 116-year-old Upper West Side mansion (located at 352 Riverside Drive, to be exact). It's asking a cool $14.995 million and features nine bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three half baths, and eight woodburning fireplaces, according to the listing.

The 26-foot-wide home—built in classical Beaux Arts style and originally bought by silk merchant Adolphe Openhym—has only had three additional owners, each committed to keeping authentic details intact (Tiffany skylight? Check. Wainscoting? Indeed. Built-in dumbwaiter? Yep!)

Located between 107th and 108th streets, the $15 million mansion is a far cry from Ms. Schumer's previous New York City pad, located at 129 West 80th St.. With one bedroom and one-and-a-half-baths, the penthouse co-op is fairly restrained and also, evidently, hard to sell: The apartment has been on the market for nine months and got a $450,000 price chop in September. After initially being listed at just over $2 million, it's now asking $1.695 million, nearly the exact price Schumer paid in 2014.

Listing brokers for 352 Riverside Drive and Ms. Schumer’s representative didn't immediately reply to requests for comment.
