Former "Saturday Night Live" star and actress Amy Poehler has just paid $6.49 million to her ex-husband, actor Will Arnett, for two condo units in Manhattan’s West Village, city records filed Thursday show.

The two contiguous units in question span 2,446 square feet and 1,693 square feet, and were bought by the pair in 2007 and 2010, respectively, through an LLC. They paid a total of $8 million, for what is apparently now one combined unit.

A previous listing for the larger of the two apartments shows it had three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wraparound terrace. No information could be found regarding the smaller apartment.

The former couple, who had been married for nine years prior to their 2012 separation, finalized their divorce last summer, according to reports.

They had previously owned another unit, a few floors down in the Morton Street building, that they bought for $1.73 million in 2004 and sold for $2.2 million in 2007.

Ms. Poehler, 46, won a Golden Globe in 2014 for "Parks and Recreation." Mr. Arnett, 47, is famed for his role as George Oscar "Gob" Bluth II in "Arrested Development." Representatives for the pair did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Last week, Ian Bruce Eichner, the real estate developer behind Madison Square Park Tower, listed his penthouse apartment in the 14-story building for $25 million, making it the most expensive unit on offer there currently. It had formerly belonged to Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

"Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe also calls the building home.

The New York Observer first reported the sale.
