Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has sealed the deal on one of two Los Angeles mansions he listed for sale in November.

Mr. Levine, 38, closed on the five-bedroom French Regency-style villa in Holmby Hills for $18 million last week, according to records in the multiple listing service—the same price he paid when he bought the mansion six months ago.

The singer and judge on "The Voice" and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, purchased the home with plans to renovate. They ripped the interiors down to the studs but decided to ditch the major home improvement project when they found out Ms. Prinsloo was pregnant with the couple’s second child, listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency said in a previous interview with Mansion Global.

Mr. Levine said his wife was due any minute when he appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" at the end of January.

The deed has yet to register in the county’s public property portal, so details on Mr. Levine’s deep-pocketed buyer are scant.

Michael Nourmand, president of Nourmand & Associates, represented the buyer. Neither broker immediately returned request for comment.

The gated home, built in the 1960s, spans 9,200 square feet and comes with a two-story guest house.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house sits on 1.2 manicured acres, which encompass a pool, cabana, three-car garage and motor court, according to the listing.

Meanwhile, Mr. Levine is still selling a mansion in Beverly Hills that he has owned since 2012 for $15.9 million.

A rep for Mr. Levine did not immediately return request for comment.
