"You are literally by Highgate School, so it is convenient for parents of those who attend it," Mr. Kramer said. "You are across the road from Hampstead Heath and Kenwood House, between the villages of Hampstead and Highgate and close to the tube station into central London and motorways to major airports, so you have a little bit of everything."
