The Forest Hill section of Toronto is one of the city’s most prestigious and affluent neighborhoods, with luxurious housing stock, both old and new, and schools that are among the best in the country.

This is one of the best streets in Forest Hill, Ms. Kalles said. "You have the proximity to downtown and ... walking distance to the best private schools in Forest Hill."

It’s about a 15-minute walk to Bloor Street, "which is as nice or nicer than Fifth Avenue in New York. Hermes, Gucci, Chanel–they’re all on Bloor Street," she said.
