Talking point
This eco-friendly community is the second in Turkey to be BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certified. Rooftop photo-voltaic panels, recycled irrigation tanks, and environmentally friendly materials were all chosen and combined with the smart technology.
Neighborhood notes
The community is located on the fashionable east side of Antalya, 20 minutes from the city center and just 15 minutes from Antalya’s international airport, making it ideal for an international, jet-setting buyer. Just 10 minutes away are the world-class golf courses of Belek, which, having been included in the European Tour, even rivals the courses of the Algarve in Portugal, Mr. Walker said.
