"One of the bonuses of the villa is that it has a big terrace with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Palm Jumeirah sea and neighborhood," Ms. Kazeka said.
It also has its own elevator and swimming pool, and there is a larger pool and pool bar in the complex. The ground floor has a three-car garage alongside a grand entertainment/cinema room.
Neighborhood Notes
Palm Jumeirah is home to many high-end villas, five-star hotels and white sandy beaches. Residents are close to shops and entertainment, yet away from the busy mainland city center.
