The residence’s interior has an open layout designed to naturally incorporate a view of the palm- strewn coastline. "Everything really flows seamlessly from the indoors to the outdoors," Ms. Necrason said of the sixth-floor residence, which offers views of Kapalua’s coastline, Molokai, and Maui’s sunset from its own 628 square-foot lanai (or porch).
Completely turnkey, the residence also includes furnishings provided by Bassman and Blaine Interiors. Relaxed wicker furniture provides a beachside feel from the privacy of the residence’s lanai, while textured wood pieces, such as a petrified wood side table, remind the homeowner of the lush natural landscape just beyond their doorstep.
An outdoor barbecue and a large indoor kitchen island offer ample opportunity to bring the outdoor cookout inside.
