A 8,100-square-foot Vancouver home on Belmont Avenue, known as Billionaire’s Row for its expensive houses and celebrity residents, has come onto the market for C$28 million (US$22.48 million).

The home, listed earlier this month, is the third priciest single-family home on the Vancouver market, according to the city’s MLS Listings.

Built in 1915 and situated on approximately 0.86 acres, the two-story residence boasts water and mountain views. It has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, one half bathroom, a living room with double-height ceilings, a dining room, a gourmet kitchen and a family/media room.

There is an indoor pool with a hot tub, a conservatory area, a recreation room and nanny’s quarters, according to the listing with Manyee Lui of Macdonald Realty, who didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

Additionally, the property has a two-car garage and a large front yard. It is within short distance of beaches, parks, golf courses and the University of British Columbia.

Among the 10 most expensive homes in the province of British Columbia, per the government’s latest value assessment, five are located on Belmont Avenue, including billionaire philanthropist Joe Segal’s mansion, which was listed for C$63 million (US$50.58 million) last year.
