"The coach house has always been there, but was renovated at the same time as the [main] house and now provides modern staff quarters for a housekeeper" or guests, said Mr. Forse of the additional three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The coach house is around 1,700 square feet. The stable offers six rooms for boarding horses, as well as a tack room for storage.

"The property enjoys 17 acres of parkland gardens and meadows, set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in the Usk Valley," said Mr. Forse, but still, some of its coolest amenities come by way of its water features. "There is a lake for fishing and a heated swimming pool with its own pool house," Mr. Forse added. "It’s been there for many years but was recently refurbished along with the house."
The pool house boasts a small kitchen and a bathroom, and in the past, has been used as an additional guest accommodation, which amounts to 10 bedrooms on the property.

This country retreat is a great option for a "growing family, or even multi-generation living," Mr. Forse said.
