Beach lovers can now snap up a Frank Gehry-designed home for a $23 million discount compared to three years ago.

The Pritzker Prize-winning architect’s creation is in a prime section of Malibu, Calif., and is currently listed at $33.9 million, versus the $57.5 million the sellers sought in 2013, according to Curbed.

With 11,000 square feet, the property encompasses multiple parcels and boasts 160 feet of beachfront on Broad Beach, according to the listing. Maia Dubinsky, the listing agent, did not reply to requests for comment.

The single-family home features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms and includes a tennis court, lap pool, exercise room, sauna and wine cellar.

Architecture aficionados with smaller budgets who are still looking for a trophy property might want to consider the work of another Frank — Frank Lloyd Wright. Christie House, a property in Bernardsville, N.J., that was designed by the master architect in 1940, is on the market for $2.2 million.

The house has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a separate artist’s studio with a fireplace, according to the listing.
