Location: Fisher Island, Miami Price: $8.2 million
A new listing within the swank 10-story Palazzo del Sol condo tower on Fisher Island is one of three model units created by well-known designers.
Unit 7052 was designed by the Antrobus + Ramirez design team and is getting five-star reviews from everyone who walks through it.
"This one has been our little superstar," said Dora Puig, principal broker and owner of Luxe Living Realty and the director of sales and marketing at Palazzo Del Sol. "It’s everyone’s favorite. Everybody raves about it because it’s so beautifully designed."
Palazzo del Sol, the first new construction on the exclusive island in more than a decade, has 43 residences, plus four ground-floor studios owners can buy for their staff or guests.

Units range from 3,800 to 9,800 square feet, with prices between $6.5 million and $27 million. About two-thirds of the units, including a $35 million penthouse, have been sold, Ms. Puig said.
"We’ve gotten record pricing for some and we’ve had to negotiate on a few of them," she said.
This floor-through unit has magnificent views of the Biscayne Bay marina and Star Island in the front, and on the back end, you see the island’s golf course and the beach.
"The designer did such a good job of opening up the spaces, and she laid out the furniture so well," Ms. Puig said. "She really captured that relaxed beach house chic."
The Stats
This fifth-floor unit has 3,800 square feet of interior living space and 767 square feet of outdoor space. It has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half-bath.
Design Pedigree
The same design team also did all of the common spaces in the building, including the lobbies where residents like to gather.
Amenities
All of the units have a private elevator and entry foyer. "Ten-foot ceilings are standard," Ms. Puig said. "At 10 feet, it starts to get really nice because you get more natural light."
The building has loads of high-end amenities, including a spa, multilingual concierge service, children’s playroom, fitness center, beauty salon and theater.

Neighborhood Notes
Fisher Island is accessible by ferry and private yacht. The 216-acre island has eight dining establishments, two big marinas, a gourmet country store, nine-hole golf course, 18 tennis courts and a beach club with a restaurant and sushi bar that has a refurbished Vanderbilt mansion as the clubhouse.
"It’s a golf course community," Ms. Puig said, and most people get around in golf carts or by walking or biking.
