Now is your chance to live like Bruce Springsteen, Bill Gates and Tommy Lee Jones, who all have homes in Wellington, a posh equestrian hub in Florida.

Just as Wellington’s annual Winter Equestrian Festival comes to an end, a 15-acre estate close to the world renowned Palm Beach International Equestrian Center is about to hit the auction block for up to $7 million less than  it was listed for sale.

Located in the gated, private community of Las Palmas Equestrian, the seven-year-old estate was previously offered for $11 million but will now be sold at auction at or above $4 million, according to Platinum Luxury Auctions, which is organizing the sale.

Its current owner, biotech investor Marcia Radosevich, is spending more time in the northeast and less time with her horses than she would like, Platinum Luxury Auctions president Trayor Lesnock said, so she’s decided to sell.

The estate includes a 6,400-square-foot, four-bedroom main residence that unfolds around a courtyard and boasts a 1,400-bottle wine cellar, a library,  media room, a fitness center, and a unique "tower" on the second level that is currently outfitted as a yoga studio, according to the auction listing.

Outside, there is an infinity-edge, salt-water pool and spa, which serve as the centerpiece of the rear courtyard.

And that's not it. Also included in the sale is a 1,295-square-foot guest cottage, a 12-stall barn with jumping arena and an 1,504-square-foot groom’s apartment for staff or visiting riders to unwind near their equine charges.

"While there are certainly a lot of impressive estates in Wellington, one of the neat things about this property is that both the house and the equestrian facilities are built to a very high standard," Mr. Lesnock told Mansion Global.

"Quite often you get one or the other. For example, great equestrian facilities, but the residential component is an afterthought, or vice versa."

The auction will take place on Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. EST.
