Manhattan’s 432 Park Ave. caused a stir last month when the ultra-luxe condominium announced its roster of over-the-top amenities, which includes—among other indulgences—a 75-foot indoor swimming pool and separate hot tub.
What could be more impressive than a pool in your apartment building? Owning a New York City apartment with a pool of its own. To make the most of these hot August nights, we’ve rounded up six Manhattan residences with private pools.
On The Market
Soori High Line

Designed by Singapore-based architect Soo K. Chan, the 11-story condominium Soori High Line is minutes from the eponymous park. Of the 31 residences in the 11-story building, 16 will have heated pools, including two triplex penthouses with rooftop pools. The condominium is expected to be finished in the spring of 2017.
One Riverside Park
One Riverside Park
The 17th-floor apartment at One Riverside Park is one of three residences in the building with its own pool. The 4,224-square-foot condo opens to a wraparound terrace with views of the Hudson River. And if the private pool there isn’t enough, the building has more than 50,000-square-feet of amenities, including a 75-foot pool that’s open to all residents.
11 Beach Street

For those in search of a year-round sanctuary, the TriBeCa condominium 11 Beach Street includes three townhouses with private spas designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen. Each subterranean space is anchored around a 50-foot swimming pool with a glass wall. There will also be a steam room, a sauna, and a rainforest shower, along with an exercise area and lounge.
107 East 61st Street
The Corcoran Group
If the Upper East Side is more your style, this five-story townhouse near Park Avenue also boasts a splashy indulgence. With more than 8,500 square feet of interior space, a glass wall in the living room overlooks a sky-lit pool on the floor below. There’s also a hot tub, a gym, a sauna and a full bath on the same level.
1110 Park Avenue

The three-story penthouse at 1110 Park Avenue comes with more than 1,700 square feet of outdoor space, including a swimming pool, a wood-burning fireplace, a barbecue and a bar. In addition to views of Central Park, the pool features a Badu SwimJet System—which creates a current to swim against—so residents can fit in a rooftop workout.
18 Gramercy Park
Douglas Elliman Real Estate
Perched on the 17th and 18th floors of a prewar condominium, this Robert A.M. Stern-designed penthouse has its own swimming pool with views of the Chrysler Building. The master suite includes two terraces—one opens to a hot tub. Although this pool is decidedly smaller than the others we featured, the residence packs a pricey punch: it’s on the market for $47.5 million.
