Even if you're not prone to cliches, you might buy into the one about everything being bigger in Texas after getting a look at this 21,000-square-foot Dallas compound, currently on the market for $32.347 million.

Sure, it's got a bunch of bedrooms (eight, to be exact), enough bathrooms to appease a cheerleading squad (17.5!), and an array of details you'd expect from a French-style mansion in the Lone Star state (fireplaces, gilded chandeliers, formal entry, 10-car garage, tennis court, and so on) but that stuff is peanuts compared to the backyard which has — wait for it— an actual water park.

Yes, one presumably young-at-heart buyer has the chance to own a home with built-in water slides that empty out into a rustic-looking pool, a waterfall, giant rock structures, a couple of tiki statues, and two beachy cabanas. If that's not enough, the home also includes a DJ area, several game rooms, an indoor basketball court, and a bowling alley.

The estate is located within the Dallas Independent School District , which is the second largest district in Texas and the 12th largest in the United States, but asking kids to go to school when they literally have a theme park in their backyard might be a bit of a struggle.

The property owner did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
