"Star Trek" fans might want to consider a move to Florida’s Boca Raton.

A home with rooms modeled on the Starship Enterprise has just hit the market for $29.95 million - and the new owner can also buy all the memorabilia for an extra $10 million. It was first listed for sale in May 2014 for $35 million, but removed in April 2015, listing records shows.

While the nine-bedroom, 27,000-square-foot property located within the private enclave of Princeton Estates  looks like a traditional Mediterranean-style estate from the outside, what’s on the inside is from another world.

Perhaps the most unexpected and unusual feature is a movie theater room that’s a replica of the bridge of the Star Trek Enterprise, according to listing photos. It has a 10-foot movie screen with a projector that play 3D movies  and seating for 11 people. Interestingly, the middle row has a vibrating floor.

"It has sound vibration floors that tune into to impact of action movies so you’ll feel the motion of what’s happening," said John Poletto of Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty, who is the co-listing agent alongside his business partner Mark Nestler. "It’s features like this that make it a world-class property."

There’s a bar outside the movie theater, which is also designed to look like the inside of the Starship and features a full-scale Borg model. For those not in the know: the Borg is a fictional alien race, who constantly battle the crew of the Starship Enterprise.

And that’s not it, there’s also a "Call of Duty"-themed game room, a wine room with space for 1,500 bottles, a 68-camera strong security system, a retro games arcade and a resort-style pool and spa complete with waterfall.

The owner is entrepreneur Marc Bell, who at one point owned Penthouse magazine. He also produced a number of musicals, including "Jersey Boys." Mr. Bell told Mansion Global that he was planning on building a new house in the area, as he has lived in his current one for 10 years and felt it was time for a change.

He said in his next home, he will build a new movie theater to look like the Starship Enterprise in the latest movie and will be offering all the Star Trek memorabilia in his current house to the buyer for an extra $10 million.

"They redesigned the Enterprise so we've got to redesign the movie theater," he said.
