A $27 million listing hit the market Monday on the 67th floor of One57, the towering glass building, on a Midtown street that has been dubbed "Billionaires’ Row" thanks to its influx of luxury buildings and deep-pocketed buyers.

The 4,116-square-foot condo at 157 West 57th St. is being sold by the limited liability company Tower 67B. Its $27 million asking price is less than the $28 million an anonymous LLC paid for the home in July 2015, property records show, setting the owners up for a million dollar loss.

The apartment has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and marble slab flooring.

The property is listed with Corcoran brokers Cathy Franklin, Alexis Bodenheimer and Marion Smith, who did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The home has a windowed entrance gallery, a 42-feet-long "grand salon" with custom built-ins and bookshelves, bronze paneling and a hand-painted white gold leaf wall. The eat-in kitchen has two refrigerators and two ovens, and the corner master suite has a windowed bathroom with a walk-in steam shower and a dressing room with a safe, the listing said.

Monthly fees would total over $11,000.

The building—which also houses the Park Hyatt hotel on the bottom 25 floors—might be best known for being the home of the most expensive single residence ever sold in New York City, a duplex penthouse that went to a mystery buyer for $100.471 million in 2015.
