Fans of "24," now's your chance to own a (not so) little piece of FOX's cult-beloved show: The home that belonged to special agent Jack Bauer, played by Kiefer Sutherland, is now on the market for $3,999,999.

Spread across 6,000 square feet, the home's Hollywood backstory is a cool draw—the property was also featured in seminal '90s classic "Beverly Hills, 90210" and crime drama "CSI"—but it's actually got some real history, at least by design standards: 4620 Rubio Ave. was conceived in 1939 by architect J.R. Davidson, a key figure in the Los Angeles mid-century modern architecture movement and part of the region's influential Case Study program.

Plus, the parcel it rests on once included land where the Michael Jackson family estate existed, listing agent Alan Taylor of the John Aaroe Group confirmed to Mansion Global.

While it clearly retains much of its retro charm on the outside, the single-story five-bedroom, six-bath Encino home has been updated for a modern buyer and includes an open living space, a gym, and a pretty killer outdoor area complete with a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a firepit.

According to Mr. Taylor, the space can be adapted to suit a number of potential buyers. "Celebrity, empty nester, family—it really can suit anyone."

Another small but meaningful perk: early photos of the residence hang in L.A.'s Getty Center, photographed by renowned architectural photographer Julius Shulman.
