Opus, a Beverly Hills, California, spec home that released an unusual promotional video featuring—among other things—gold-painted women writhing next to a Lamborghini, is now asking $85 million, $15 million less than its original asking price.
The home, being offered by producer-turned-developer Nile Niami, is in the swanky Beverly Hills neighborhood of Trousdale Estates, where Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber just bought a $12 million property. It initially hit the market in February for $100 million and its price was cut Tuesday, according to its listing on Zillow.
It's a question that has plagued real estate agents of a certain caliber: How do you sell a $350 million house? https://t.co/5C0cutaE4l pic.twitter.com/BLnSJGodlF

The seven bedroom home—designed by architect Paul McClean—sits on one acre and spans 20,500 square feet. It has a Champagne vault stocked with Cristal, a car museum, a 15-person screening room, two swimming pools and a beauty salon.
Accompanying the price drop, though, is a perks drop, apparently. There is no longer any mention on the listing of the gold Lamborghini Aventador roadster, the gold Rolls-Royce Dawn, or any of the furnishings and art—including three Damien Hirst works valued at approximately $2 million—that previously came with the home.
